Melissa Huggins is the executive director of Spokane Arts, and previously served as the director of Get Lit! Programs. She has an MFA from Eastern Washington University, and her stories and essays have appeared in The Inlander, The Oyez Review, Lilac City Fairy Tales, Railtown Almanac, and elsewhere.
